Delivery costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order within the Netherlands. All our products are delivered 100% free to your home. There is also no minimum order required.

Shipping your order

Have you found the perfect look on our website? Then you naturally want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:

After you place your order, we need 1 - 2 business days to process it. On weekdays it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Once your order is processed, it is shipped and it usually takes 4 to 6 business days to be delivered.

If you have placed an order with us, you can see after just a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive your personal tracking code by email, which allows you to track your order via our tracking partner. You can read how this works on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of your order When your order is delivered, you can enjoy your purchase! Of course, something can always go wrong. Want to exchange or return it? Go to this page.

Defective product?

That’s unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product may get damaged during transport. In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If it goes wrong a second time, we will refund the full purchase amount.

To place an order

The ordering process at Thirty-eight is incredibly simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to the shopping cart. To do this, click the "Add to cart" button.

It is important here that you check if you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click the "Proceed to checkout" box. On the information page, you need to fill in the correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate. Once these details are correctly filled in, you can click the "Continue to shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you have the opportunity to review the address details you entered. It also points out that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to payment" box.

When it comes to payment options, you can choose from various methods. At Thirty-eight, all payment options are SSL encrypted, so you can always trust a secure payment environment.

After selecting the correct payment method, click the "Complete order" box, after which you will be redirected to the payment method you chose. Follow the instructions on the respective page to complete your order. If you unexpectedly experience any problems with your order, you can contact us at any time.

Lost package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding to refund and return. If the order has not been received 30 days after shipping, the order can be refunded.
