Return and Refund Policy

At Thirty-Eight, we strive for customer satisfaction. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to return it within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original labels and tags attached.

  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original state.

  • Returns must always include a track & trace code. Returns without tracking are at your own risk; no refund will be issued if the return is lost without proof of shipment with a tracking code.

  • Returns are always at the sender’s risk. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returns are processed through our international distribution center outside Europe. You will receive instructions and the correct return address after registering your return.

Received the wrong item or size?

If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, we will send the correct item to you free of charge.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at klantenservice@thirty-eight.nl to request a return label.
  2. We will register your return and send further instructions.
  3. Always ship your package with a track & trace code.
  4. After we receive your return, you will get a confirmation email from us.
  5. Within an average of 3-5 business days after processing, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After that, the order is automatically processed and cannot be stopped.
